All fine, but noise issues

Unexpected room change made for a pleasant stay, but the wifi connectivity was poor.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay, with easy access to Lake Park just a 1 km walk away and bustling cafes only a few steps from the hotel. the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making my time there even more enjoyable.

Very friendly reception staff, great ambiance. Wi-fi could be better during peak hours.

The rooftop pool provided a perfect retreat after a busy day, and the attentive staff made our stay truly enjoyable.

Cleaning of windows desperately needed!!! Consider replacing those dreadful stained carpets and deep cleaning the common areas!!!

This place suits me perfectly, providing fast wi-fi, a great bar/lounge area, and a wonderful spa. During my first stay, staff returned my forgotten headphones, showing their excellent care. I recommend trying out the breakfast!

Request a room on a higher floor to minimize noise from the bar and enjoy a better view of the city.

This was a well-suited match for a weekend vacation in Abu Dhabi with excellent value for money. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Khamid-Ali and Yannick, who provided great local tips that made our trip special. Be aware that rooms near the bar can be a bit noisy at night.

Couple getaway – not for the faint hearted

Had a good experience with the staff, especially Janine and Rochelle, they were super polite and made dining a breeze, but man, that in-room dining service was exceptional. It's like they had a sixth sense about what I wanted, brought me exactly what I didn't know I needed, if you catch my drift!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what you get, it was still somewhat acceptable.

The hotel is centrally located and the staff are friendly and helpful, which made for a pleasant experience. However, our room didn’t have hot water, and the breakfast offerings were limited with some items not being refilled. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
